How to Request a Refund
To initiate your refund process, please send an email to hello@awaydiscovery.com including the following details:
- Your full name and contact number
- The name of the tour you experienced
- The date when your tour took place
- The name of your tour guide
- A brief account of your experience and the reason for your refund request
Terms & Conditions
- This guarantee is valid only for bookings made directly through our official website. It does not apply to reservations made via third-party sites or through manually created invoices.
- You must provide valid identification to confirm that you were the person who booked and attended the tour.
- We cannot provide refunds for issues related to weather, as these factors are out of our control.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after your tour.
